| THE TOP MOUNT DISTRICT SOCCER COMPETITIONS ARE IN MEMORY OF THE LATE MR. JUSTICE BAMBATHA TS'ITA, THE FOUNDER PRESIDENT OF LEFA AND THE FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE LIOLI FOOTBALL CLUB.
THESE GAMES WHICH EVERY MOSOTHO WAS PASSIONATE ABOUT IN THE 1980s WERE LAUNCHED ON THE 2nd FEBRUARY 2008 AT 'MELESI LODGE.
