Mr. Phafane has been in office as the president of LEFA since 2004 when Mr. Thabo Makakole passed away.

Before through to LEFA

Since 1987, Mr. Phafane has been a full time practising advocate in all the courts of Lesotho and the Republic of South Africa.  In addition to that, since 1988 he has been appointed practical bar admissions examiner by the law society of Lesotho.

 

He currently holds office and has sworn to carry on the policies put in place by the late Mr. Makakole.
